Samurai Shodown Kit

Pulled this kit out of the closet and noticed it doesn't have serials (though it's an english cart and box label). Also the cart is black (most if not all Samurai Shodown carts I've seen are clear, unless japanese carts). It looks new and the boards are legit. It also has english and spanish artsets and move stickers. Spanish released MVS kit?

I know the cart pcbs are legit, just haven't seen a english Samurai Shodown cart that wasn't clear cased with serials and want to know if anyone can confirm it's a spanish or euro market release.
