A note to my giftee: it has rained, which means it has poured. Work (10-hour days) and travel plans have converged to keep me from getting your parcel out. It will not arrive in time for Catholic/Protestant Christmas, given the crunch in days. It will arrive in time for Orthodox/Armenian Christmas.

It pains me to type that, but it's the truth. I'll get it as soon as time and circumstance permit.
