this happened like 10 minutes away from where i lived and i read it in my local newspaper when i was home for the weekend for thanksgiving and thought it was very interesting. i coulda gotten shaq diesels autograph if i had just been in the right place at the right time! and while he was busting up a child pr0n ring no less! (too bad it was the wrong house )

Well someone a few blocks away is tossing their hard drives into their fireplace.

A friend of mine here had his house raided because a buddy of his from highschool moved in and was downloading shit like this. Not sure what happened to the guy, but the guy I know had shit taken in the raid too, as they took every computer in the house, and he's still trying to get his shit back 2 years later.

An old friend of mine was my lodger for a while, and when I had friends over he said we could use his pc to play his mp3s etc thorough the stero where it was all linked up. Looking around his media and download folders one night we found several images of children naked and in compromising positions. I kicked him out and alerted the authorities, as far as I know absolutely nothing happenned to him other than they said there would be a logged complaint so if there were any further complaints an investigation would be carried out and they would contact me. Sounded to me like they just didn't give a shit.

To add insult to injury he left my house with over £900 of bills for his long distance phone calls to his "girlfriend" on the internet in some foreign country (guess what, they'd never met) and constantly leaving a fan heater on in his room so it would be "warm when he came in fro work".

Then to cap it off, he phoned me up to claim I owed him back rent as he paid a month in advance. I told him he could fuck himself as that didn't even half cover the bills he left, so he pussied out and phoned all our friends to tell them I owed HIM money, that I kicked him out for no reason, and advised them never to trust me, and not to talk to me again. Thankfully none of them believed him and phoned me to get my side... I had no problem telling them exactly why he was kicked out. I'm STILL pissed off to this day
