Cab is sold. Thanks for all the interest and kind words.
Have a good one guys.
Hi,
Life sucks. And video games mean nothing to me now. So I am selling my Capcom Q25 GrandAm arcade cabinet
It is not in the greatest of condition. But it plays great and it has a lot of great features! I think it would make a great entry point for someone looking to get into the hobby.
I took some pics before I moved it to the garage...So no it hasn't been sitting outside all winter
Here is the breakdown of the cab.
The good points:
*The Jamma harness is wired for Jamma, Cps 1, 2, and 3. As well as MVS.
* The monitor is a Nanao MS8. It has a great vibrant picture.
*It has a Q-Sound amp for CPS games. It also has an easy disconnect to switch to Jamma harness sound
*It comes with two control panels. A one player and two player panels.
*It has a rotation mechanism built into the cab to easily rotate the monitor for vertical oriented games. It is held in place with a thumb screw. Just remove that, lift a pin, and rotate the monitor. No lifting the monitor.
*It comes with both original marquees. I imported the bigger one directly from japan.
The bad parts:
*The exterior of the cab is not in the best of shape.
*The side panels are sunfaded. They also have some scuffs and scratches.
*There are some cracks in the back paneling.
*There are some chips on the upper speaker housing.
*The Capcom control panel logos are sunfaded
*The one player control panel graphic is cut off in the front
*The two player control panel does not have the original graphic overlay
*Some pieces of the cab were painted white by a previous owner.
More pictures of the cab:

Rear
Coin door/Inside
Also included with the Q25 are:
-Two arcade stools
-Street Fighter Zero 2 Alpha (pheonixed) A and B board
-Progear conversion board
-Final Fight *the board is a little loose or one of the chips are loose. It causes lines to appear on boot. If you press it down a little they go away and the game plays fine.
-Raiden *some of the graphics tend to flash for a few minutes after boot up
- Some original art as well as some custom art I printed up for the marquees
I am asking $1600 for everything. Local pick up preferred. My zipcode is 13411. I live in the middle of nowhere so be ready for a boring drive.
If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
Thank you.
