Trade off my PGM and Cave carts, so have these gems left over. The boxes were modified inside to fit these slightly larger than MVS carts. It's clean, but it's not like industrial level sheen. lol Just needed them to fit. Games play in English - not sure if that was due to the bios on my PGM or the coding on the carts - not sure how the PGM handles region specific stuff.
