Does anyone know how many copies of this game is available today?

I had a fish around but am just wondering of it is worth forking out the money on this?

I can get it for £150 (about $300) for the cartridge only...

Like the bundy's couch, only two were made.
And 150 quid aren't $300, asshole.

Anyway, no, it's not worth the money. Just get "World Class Track Meet" if you want to play it.

It's just World Class Track Meet with it's original name, I don't know why people go so apeshit for it. I guess people just want a full collection of every NES game. The PAL version was common, but the US version was a limited print to test the Power Pad before Nintendo picked it up. People try to charge the same price the US version goes for on a PAL version that shouldn't cost more then 20 dollars.

I would maybe go for it @ $240 for a nice U.S. cart but as others have said the Pal cart would be a ripoff. Just do your homework a little man. Even if $240 is a good price I could not see my self playing it, but to each there own man. Are you going to play it or fame it up in a case? I could think off a lot off other rare games to get for that kind of money.
