"If I were a different guy" I'd answer hollow body and its inverse, the arch as to what the best exercise is.

They have several progressions to and from those positions, but if you think of them as keyframes in an animation, you'll find them in planks, pushups, handstands, roundoffs, uneven bar swings, etc - the same position in the full gamut of static and dynamic exercises. Given the location of those muscles (splitting the body in half), you'll be able to recruit them in all sorts of other exercises, too, for stability, assistance, or impact absorption.
