I completely forgot, but they weren't allowed to represent Russia in 2020 as well. I was casually watching something Olympic related, and the ROC popped up and reminded me.

I've played quite a few summer olympics type games over the years, and I think these are two of the funnest. Capcom Gold Medal Challenge on NES and Decathlete on Sega Saturn. Just throwing it out there since the Olympics are getting started.
