In case you didn't know, there is a spot in your profile for your location. In order to sell things here, your physical state/providence/country ect should be there.

At that price you should fly and deliver it personally to the buyer.

I was gonna say something like that.

Where is he getting this price at? Price guide is at $700 now max, and I think that is over priced.

*waits for thread to enter the "mint" endless discussion of entropy*

"mint" vs. 'mint' vs. _mint_ vs. "dead mint" vs. "live mint" vs. "ultra mint"

Who will emerge victorious?

That's probably the best post I've ever seen on this board.

Maybe the currency is different in Neo-Geo world. If so the exchange rate may be $700->$1000U.S.

The price isn't terribly outrageous.

My friend sold a near mint copy on ebay last winter for $1,500 U.S. to a buyer in the UK.

Despite what the price guide says, $1000 is still very reasonable for an extremely rare piece as a U.S. MS2.

also you gotta remember that the USD -> GBP exchange rate is fecking FANTASTIC at the moment!!! 1000USD is still expensive but compared to three months or so ago thats a saving of 200USD!!!

Anyone that drops $1000 for a US Metal Slug 2 is a nut. Everyone knows the price guide is overpriced for many items. Just because one person bought this at some time for $1500, doesn't mean that's what it's worth. You have a hard time selling RotD for $250 or less these days, but on eBay they have gone for close to $500. Doesn't mean it's worth that, just means that there are alot of idiots who don't research before they buy, or they have more money than sense.

But, if you can get $1000 for this, more power to you. I seriously doubt anyone on these forums will drop that much though. eBay however, is a different thing altogether.

Good luck...

The price for this is exactly what it should be.

I've seen the cart and it's 100% as new; free of any scuff, scratchs or flaw or any kind. It's a collection piece better than almost any other I've eer seen.

And the price guide is a guide. It lists blazing Star for $700 and Shawn sells them for $875, so real world supply is the issue.

When is the last time anyone here saw a US Slug 2... much less a perfect copy?

Also Kulanart is a great guy to work with. He and I have done business many time and it's always a good thing.

There was shillbidding going on in that
auction you are talking about.

Explain why a ebayuser with 0 feedback
made a jump from 700 to 1450
when you looked at the bid history.

He could have just bid 705 to be the
highest bidder:very_ang: :shame:
