You can't go wrong with the SKX. I still have my SKX009 that I wear on a rubber/hybrid band. It has never let me down.
The watch for this week has been the SND367 with the rubber strap from my SPB147. I've been a Seiko fan for years, but started to work on them within the last 10+ years.

Rolex and Patek already raised their prices this year. Patek is raising them another 15% in the coming weeks. Omega is doing something similar.
I was waiting for Tudor to make the new five-link bracelet available on all of the 58 models, but fuck it. I might just buy the strap version and get an aftermarket bracelet if they announce a price hike.

Same, but for the little extra it makes little sense to buy it without. I like the jubilee they do, would probably get whatever comes with that

Got some replacement straps for my casios. Brown for the old bronze world time, and a black for the new silver one. Found a company called Vario that makes fitted leather straps for some of the more popular Casio models. They cost about twice what the watches themselves cost though. Haha. But I much prefer them to those ugly rubber ones they come with. Removed a lot of the extraneous writing from them as well. Stock they have all sorts of buzz words written all over them ""world time," illuminator, "10 year battery"), that I think makes em look kind of tacky. I prefer this cleaner look.
