Website blocked by Antivirus

I know this has come up in the past, but some services are reporting that a malware is present on the site. Malwarebytes (and their stupid premium trial you can't opt out of) blocks the site due a trojan, but it doesn't give any details beyond that.

They probably write their viruses using some framework that requires libraries not present on 98 or XP.
