Hell yeah. I actually found my copy of Crayon Club out in the wild at some hole in the wall record store in the suburbs. The recent interview on the 100 Words podcast is worth listening to if you haven’t.

They are so damn good…like unwound and Universal Order of Armageddon had an angry baby.

I tried the new Linkin Park album with the chick singer.

When she's singing in that growly voice, she sounds like she's trying to copy Maria Brink from In This Moment,.

When she sings more melodiously, it's not too bad.

The song writing is okay, I guess. And I can respect that they want to go for a new kind of sound to differentiate their eras.

I'd probably listen to another album with this lineup. It was all right. Didn't piss me off or annoy me. Then again, I am not really a hardcore Linkin Park guy so they aren't trying to pass any kind of purity test with me.
