2003 Chevy 1500 single cab V6 Silverado with an 8 foot bed. It's name is Chevy lee Roth. Hauls junk like cabs quite well. Still a bloated sea cow on the road though.

1960 Citroen ID19.

Can you post a pic, I've never heard of that car.

2002 Honda Civic DX with 220,000 on it.

2015 Subaru STI w/obnoxious boy racer wing.

My previous car was a 2002 Civic, my Dad currently has it; those things can take quite a bit of punishment. (Never had to change the clutch, despite it being the car I learned how to drive stick with).

For the first time in almost 30 years, I own no motor vehicle of any kind. At one time I would have missed it, but this past 18 months of no buying gasoline and no insurance payments has been glorious.

Not to mention, no parking tickets. No more adrenaline reflex when I hear a street sweeper at 5am, before I remember that yes, I did remember to park on the right side of the street.

At the moment?
2014 Ram 1500 4x4
2015 Chrysler Town and Country Touring

Really happy with these vehicles at the moment. The truck has proven to be wonderfully useful as has the minivan. This is the most useful, most utility minded set of vehicles we've ever owned.

I can't imagine living in LA without a car. Nobody walks in LA.

How's that Porsche treating you? It's a stick, right?

It took a while to really drive it hard. I'm just now getting to the point where i can push it to dangerous levels. You know the engine is in the rear, but that butt is planted to the ground. You'd have to drive fairly sloppy to get out of control oversteer. Launch is fast, but it's not 911TT fast. Everything is well rounded.

Most mods are only cosmetic, as porsche didn't leave room for improvement. Exhaust mods are just for sound. I already put a 3rd radiator on for the track.
I have been pleasantly surprised how easy it is to work on. The owners manual pretty much tells you how to strip everything apart. Even the rear engine is accessible with minor lifts.

The "comfort mode" seating position and ride are very accommodating for a daily driver. I think that is part of the reason you see them on the road more than most sports cars. Most coupes have you practically lying down with no visibility. The Porsche is a giant visibility bubble.

The main negative is the bland interior. The alcantara suede accents are the nicest pieces, but the rest is not on par with the car's price. It's nicer than most cars on the road, but any Mercedes or BMW will be far superior.

I always tell people it's like driving a green house, the visibility is amazing. Most "normal" cars I get as rentals have far worse visibility. I had a Chrysler 200 the other week, total shitbox.

I don't think the interiors are bland, but the new 991 interiors are beautiful if not a little busy. I've got the full leather package on mine so that might skew my opinion. The only real complaint is the electronics seem to be a few steps behind most major manufacturers. The radio on my 2008 Cayman was a joke and even with the new PCM on my 997.2, it's still not that great.

We have a 2008 Toyota Tacoma, with the extended cab or whatever has the little back seat for midgets. Wife uses that as her daily driver. I either drive my 1969 VW Beetle, carpool with my wife, or ride my Pinarello to work. I really love the VW, but I think once I'm done with grad school I'm going to sell it and buy a nice car.

Yeah, they definitely have made strides to improve their interiors. The panamera and Macan have helped.

On the 991, I'm all over those Targa's. That is what I'll likely switch to if I don't get the itch for a Turbo. I tried so hard to find a 964, but the prices went nutz the month I was trying to close on some. Prices literally doubled that month.

Vehicles are my other weakness besides video games.

Cars:
2010 Mazdaspeed 3 (stick)
2003 Porsche Boxster S (stick)
1985 Porsche 928 S (stick)

Off-road:
2001 KTM 250 MXC motorcycle
2005 Arctic Cat Firecat 600 snowmobile

All are owned free and clear. Car payments are evil...

My dealer recently got a 991 Targa in w low miles, but I can't pull the trigger. I like the old school style, but with the new sunroof on the 991s I don't see the point. I hate to sound like one of the grumpy Porsche guys, but I can't see myself buying one of new models. I'd much rather have a 993.

2016 BMW 120i. Not an actual pic of my car, but it's exactly the same down to color and rims. So far I really like it, even if fuel economy is not the greatest.

I have a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum (for the wife and kids).

I hate it. Can't recommend the car to anyone. Buying it was one of the worst decisions of my life. Would love to unload it but I'll take a massive hit. I got it a few months before the new Toyota Highlander's came out - wish I had waited because I would have been much happier with one of those.

I also am leasing a 2015 RAV4 (basically to get me to the train station every morning and for errands on weekend) - I am also not crazy about it, but just so boring compared to my last car. I used to have a 2004 LandRover Discovery which I loved. I bought it pretty cheap with low miles, but after 2 1/2 years it needed some major work and I was going to supposedly need to sink 8k to 10k into it. So I just sold it off and needed to get something before the winter hit so my wife wouldn't have to drive me around. I ended finding a no money down lease for the RAV for 2 years and like $150 a month. Its a 12k mile limit per year, but I put about 5k miles a year so no concerns there.

Need to think about what I am going to do once the lease expires.

Ideally I'd like a small AWD sedan, but don't think there are too many options there?nything other than Suburu or Audi? If not, I may go for another small SUV. I also kinda like the Honda Accord Crosstours but never drove one. I like the new design Murano, but after my experience with the Pathfinder I doubt I will ever buy another Nissan.

Ideally I'd like a small AWD sedan, like the Volvo written about here: http://www.caranddriver.com/reviews...t-drive-review-polestar-hits-the-track-page-2

Fixed, ;^)

Volvos are sleepers, man. Most everybody looks right past them. They also tend to look at me breezing right past them, as I *always* get holeshot @ lights. Supercharged, turbocharged, awd. It's crazy what 5 cylinders can do.
