Reminds me of the live "Halcyon" on the bonus disc of Orbital's Insides from back in the day. Where they sampled and mixed Bon Jovi and Belinda Carlisle. Around the 5:30 mark.

Absolutely. I love that.

Man, this one will get you right in the feels.

It’s not a People Under The Stairs record; Thes One has said numerous times there are no lost verses in the vault, and that he wouldn’t rhyme over these instrumentals by himself.

This record is a beautiful tribute to Double K, and a really well done amalgamation of drum machine programming and live instrumentation (think Basehead, 5 Fingers of Funk, some of DJ Krush’s catalog).

I teared up at a few points.

Del is awesome.
He even performed at the Dreamcast launch party.

He worked ‘Bernie Stolar dropped the ball with the Ram Cartridge’ into a rhyme scheme, and it wasn’t corny in the least.

Fun Fact (s): KU (Kaos Unique) the other MC on ProtoCulture made the beat (Nightwarriors sample for the win!) and is Casual’s little brother.

Unicron (the other MC on ‘Worldwide’) is Del, with his voice pitch-shifted up 2 steps.

My favorite Del track ever, is soaked in late 80s sci-fi/anime/cyberpunk/tv game aesthetic:
