Why not make let everyone see the logged IP's

Obviously it wont cure a the problem, but I think it would make it more of a pain for people to just "post away" with fake accounts.

Why would this feature be restricted to JUST the moderators??????? Hmmm....... lets think about it....... Manipulations?
