I have different mixes depending on what I'm doing, like a mix for weights, a mix for running, and a mix for cooldown/stretching. Here are a few tracks from the first two mixes:

This one is interchangeable for me for when I go running or driving

Lol, No way anyone could get results from any of this stuff. Half of this shit would make me fall a sleep. Am I the only one who listens to mainstream shit like Slipknot, Killswitch Engage, Slayer, etc. This shit isn't workout music. More like Soldering my Circuit Board type music. You guys disappoint me.

Who here listens to real workout music? I want some hardcore old school members to post some Rocky IV or DMX Shit. None of this faggot hipster shit.

I love you bro but no one says you have you have to listen to current shit music to get a work out. You could listen to older much better music. That shit doesn't get your blood flowing. Listen to Some Maiden and Drop the Red Fang Shit. Slipknot is considered also one of the best metal bands of all time. People frown on them now just like they do Any Other popular Metal Band Because everyone knows about them but no metal fan can deny that their hits are some of the best in metal history.

Oh I do listen to slayer and maiden. I listen to a whole lot of stuff. I've hated slipnot consistently since the 90s. They are one of the worst bands I've ever heard. They've gotten multiple chances. It's just a ton of suck. I've never heard of them being considered among the best metal bands of all time in my life. I just know that they suck more than most music I have heard ever in my life .

Ok, That's Fair. I won't change your mind. You think Slip is Shit, that's cool, I guess we'll agree to disagree.

Lately Ive been listening to DED (favs are anti-everything and FMFY), Sirus (favs are Full Scale Revolt, Hellion) Imperative Reaction (nothing they put out is bad, but favs are Time Doesn't Care, Hype, Minus All) most anything off of demanufacture by Fear Factory, some new and old Machine Head and KMFDM, the new Celldweller is pretty good, etc.

I try to hit up the gym at least 4 times a week, i've got 5 playlists on my phone and my favourite is either my metal playlist which has metallica, slayer, motorhead or my EDM playlist which has fatboy slim, juno reactor, underworld, chemical brothers, great tunes for cardio and slamming the heavy bags.
