Would sellers PLEASE get their act together on eBay!!!!!

First,

If you sell Neo Geo stuff on eBay and it's a MVS cart, SAY it's an MVS cart IN THE TITLE. If you have a Home cart SAY it's a home cart IN THE TITLE. If you have a Pocket cart SAY it's a pocket cart IN THE TITLE. Don't make me click the auction to figure out what the hell you are selling.

Second,

If your crap does not work SAY it does not work. Don't say "email me before bidding" and then write me back and say "no, sorry, it does not work" (this happened today - 2 slot & marquee - look it up - I'm just bidding for the marquee) Put it in the freakin' description. It's dishonest to not list it as non-working if you know it does not work.

Briggs point is self evident, but I also want to plug for an end to "[ neo cart ] for MVS, not AES or Homecart, or NGPC"

Some guy in England was doing that a few months back and it pissed the shit out of me for a good 60 seconds.

I agree. It's impossible to have an all encompassing eBay search and get everything you want. For me, I have no interest in AES, Home, Pocket, CD..etc. Only MVS. But if you exclude the things you don't want then you miss the listings like you posted above. Ahh well... It's like the old saying:
