From Italy. 99.9% chance it's a boot - I like how he faded the spine to make it seem legit. In any case, even if it was legit (and there's almost no way it is) that's a retarded price if it's sunfaded.

If I were you I would get BTG and Slug on MVS. It isn't worth the stupid money they will cost and headache of finding a legit copy of each. Hell Andro Dunos will set you back some decent coin now days.
