hey folks.

After a quite long ebay odyssey with no reasonable result i give the forum a shot.
as said i am looking for a neo geo aes gold system.
prefered would be boxed, good condition and unmodded.
this is probably a long term project...lets wait and see :lolz:

They are getting harder to find. A few pop up on ebay and they usually want ridiculous money for them.

Like Jubei Said, and the people who own them don't often get rid of them like most rare Neo Items. I sold my minty fresh one to some Italian dude years ago for a nice chunk of change. Kept my used one.

Yeah, ebay sucks for buying NG stuff. Most of what I see is WAAAY overpriced. But you can still pick up MVS carts here and there for the going rate.

Edit: just noticed it comes with a couple games, so maybe not as bad as I thought...hit the dude up and make him an offer direct through PP. Remind him that 10% ebay fee is a bitch.

nope no chance...with eightman ok it may be worth 1000 dollars but it still didnt have the shape i wanted.
but thanks for the link anyway :) so lets wait on and on and well maybe on ^^

i at least bought an U.S. power supply against the frustration yesterday :)

You are absolutely right. In all fairness, you have to start somewhere. Why not start with a console and game...?

Is the only thing that makes a "gold" system the box? There are no differences in the console itself, right?
