Not 100% sure, but I think the plans for this were somewhere on the KLOV or ArcadeControls forums unless this cat drew up his own (which it looks like now that Im watching). The design looks really familiar but yea, its nice and clean.

He said in this video or another I watched a couple that he wants to make it more simple than the two recycled tables he used. I love the two player one he briefly shows at the end.
