AES Carts Replacement Case/Label (KoM Request)

I need a AES case and label replacement for King of Monsters. I recently acquired it but the cart is in shitty condition and the label, which had been glued, is peeling away. Cart is in a really sad state but works.

I saw some threads mention places like Ebay and neooldstore.com. Unfortunately, these places do not have a copy of KoM. Does anybody else have any other places they recommend?

Step 1: here is a label, print at 300dpi at staples or kinkos or something on label paper

Step 2: Buy a replacement case from Neo Old Store, they can include a printed insert.
