The arcade game sucked. XD
I'm not exactly sure why, but based on the video Moon Jump posted, I thought the arcade game looked pretty cool. :mr_t: Compared to the SNES/GEN games I played the hell out-of back in the day, it looks brilliant!

I'm not exactly sure how Beavis & Butt-Head is gonna be relevant in the modern age, though. We all remember that the show was majorly pushed because it was "raunchy" and "dirty," but within a few years, stuff like South Park made the show look like Kids WB!.

The Genesis game was a lot of fun when you had a buddy to play it with. The AI would do a lot of stupid stuff. You also had to play as Beavis because it sucked having to turn around to attack as Butt-Head. Virtual Stupidity was a lot of fun. It was a collection of minigames like Couch Fishing and spitting off the roof of the school onto people below. It had a ton of voices too. I should see if there's a way to download it and have a way to run it on my POS Vista PC.

Nice. I'm at my parents, so I'll catch it. What time is it on?

Definitely looking forward to this....I really hope they have music videos in the new one, not just making fun of reality TV.

16 and Pregnant. Huh Huh. Uh Huh. It would be more interesting if they showed them getting pregnant. Huh Huh.

Tonight at 10. The DVR is primed and ready. The description says B&B try to become goth to get girls. I just hope Mike can get back into the swing of doing Beavis's voice again. It sounds like the imitation voice I used to do in Jr. High.

1st episode was hit and miss, though the old show was really the same way. The commentary pieces were way better than the main show so far. Personal favorite was the Skrillex vid commentary.

Did they also use old footage with a re-dubbed script as well with the newer animation?

Yeah. Not bad. A good first effort. I enjoyed it much more than some of the older episodes I've rewatched recently. My only complaint is they seem to be overly concerned with trivial pop culture. They should definitely cut down on the MTV cross-promotions.

Mike Judge sounded A LOT better in the first episode then the trailer they had up from Comic Con. As always, the videos were funnier then the cartoon. It's funny reading the interview with Mike Judge saying how he didn't want to do them anymore then when he'd watch the show again he found the videos funnier. As a kid most of the jokes went over my head so I liked the cartoons more. Now that I'm older and have seen some of the older videos their a lot funnier. I'm looking forward to more, I hope they'll keep ripping into more of MTV's shows, their just ripe for them to make fun of.

I liked it --it was more of the same but in a good way.

It's funny and sad to see how the people who are on MTV now seem to be as dumb or dumber than they are. I like the mix of music videos and reality TV.

It was awesome. It's a little smarter than I'd like it to be, but I still loved it. I hope their stupidity shows a little more, like the older episodes.

I noticed that and it makes me curious if they animated them at separate times before they realized they were going to use HD or something --I don't think they completely re-used footage because they seemed to animate fairly specific thing (i.e. discussing how Buttheads pants match the baby).

Are they dumber than before or is the Jersey Shore crowd somehow worse? :lolz: I honestly can't tell.
