pls.

My PC98 wedge computer needs it. I finally got around to upgrading it, but now the case looks like shit.

I know it won't be perfect, but I'd like to try.

Anyone do this? I will send a signed PiPPiN photograph.

From what I understand just put it in a tub full of the purest hydrogen peroxide and let it sit under a UV light or out in the sun.

But first get yourself a magic eraser fo dem scuffs.

I just know if I do it, I will fuck it up. Rather not take the chance and leave it to someone who has done it before.

I practiced with a yellowed famicom. I saved from it having it's soul removed and encased in a block of metal.

Word, I'll send it your way this week. I just gave it a once over with the Magic Eraser, already looks better.

Next I'll do my PiPPiN.

Yeah you don't want the purest hydrogen peroxide...if it is too strong you'll get bloom. Plaibn jane dollar school hygrogen peroxide and sunlight will do the trick.

The cheap stuff doesn't cut it. I use the strongest concentration you buy at Sally Beauty Supply that doesn't require a salon license.

Am I the only one that wants to hear more about this pc 98 wedge?

You probably are.

It's an Epson PC98 compatible. It's a 286 with 640kb ram and 2 floppy drives. Has built in audio and speaker too. I upgraded mine to a 486 and 4MB ram, HDD and upgraded sound card. Should play just most PC98 games smoothly.

Its a cutie. I have seen a pc98 laptop before as well, and this seems way less like a pain in the ass.

What's the % again. I think I got 40% last time and there was bloom when I made and applied the gel version and used a black light. What % would be better? 30%? Next time I give it a go on my DC shell, I plan on just doing the liquid in a tub out in the sun for 3-4 hours.

Just buy 40% creme developer. It's a paste used by hair salons for bleaching hair. Spread on a light coat and leave it in the sun. If you watch it and don't let it dry out it works amazing. I don't recommend it on dark colored stuff though, as it comes out splotchy. Worked great on my FC,SFC, White Saturn, and the end caps of RepX's Q25 control panel.

Would like to know as well. Also, it doesn't affect lettering, right? Have a white game gear that I'd like to unyellow as well.
