42pin mask rom pinout?

Does anyone know the pinout / eprom equivalent to the 42pin mark roms used in most (all?) games labeled tc5364205. I have a Metal Slug 3 with at least one bad mask rom, I have desoldered them to check them in my eprom programmer. But tc5364205 isn't listed and I dont know what to select I am pretty sure it can read that size rom, it's a top2048.

16, 32, or 64mbit rom? I've never looked at the roms of MS3, but if it's 64mbit, you're out of luck for a single chip replacement unless you double-stack two 32mbit eproms.

If it's 16 or 32 mbit, then:

16mbit - 27C160
32mbit - 27C322

Look at www.st.com for pinouts for these two eproms.

Thanks for the quick reply Jeff, looks like most are 64mbit but I'll check the 32mbit ones before I worry about that.
