I have an extra English AES, serial #019XXX, that I recently decided to boot up, for some reason, none of the power supplies, including those sold at neostore work, except it's 10V or 11V output, I used the Japanese power supplies, 10V and 11V, respectively, both work, 9V generic power supply would display the images with blurred lines.

Where can I find/purchase extra power supply,

Model NEO-POW3

IN - AC 100V 50/60Hz 19VA
OUT - DC 11V 700mA or DC 10V 1000mA (I tried both)

If given options, which would be better hooked up to power lines in US?

Any info would be appreciated

What part of the system board would I have to look at for numbers/signs to have a clue, I can open it and give you the number/letters? This was not mentioned in the linked thread, else I would've replied to that thread. One thing for sure, 5V won't work, I won't plug that in again.
