Anyone know of any good (and preferably free) video game collection database software? I would love to find a good way to keep track of what carts,cds, pcbs, etc I have for my arcades and home systems.
Yeah, Excel works very well for this purpose. I use it whenever I need to keep track of things.
For awhile now I've replaced Excel with Gamepedia. It has the same interface as iTunes, and you can organize them into "collections" (exactly the same as playlists). It's quicker and looks nicer than Excel, but it's only for Mac. And it costs $18...
