Dunno what wataru originally posted. Mine was just an additional thought re the meme I posted.
I quoted the DD og post with the visual spoiler tags removed, so I could view the pic.
Once I saw it, I dotted the post.
What was up with the difficulty settings on Capcom fighters in this period? Darkstalkers was obnoxiously difficult, too. Not sure if it was exclusive to the US region, but that game was nearly impossible to beat.I played one coin of ST on one and lol noped at the US difficulty. So I decided to mod it, and now it plays DC GDemu with SX version.

That looks god damn lame as shit. Some dingus on FB was bragging about getting one of those 2 player cocktail style cabs. When I noticed that the controls were on either side of the cab and that you were essentially looking at the screen sideways I asked how that worked (it wasn't turned on in the pictures). He proceeded to show me a picture of how both players share a split (and stretched) tate screen. Then he went on to explain to me that's how it is in Japanese arcades and this the ideal way to play as it's essentially just like linked candy cabs or a Versus City.

Yup, just like how they do it in Japan.
