Blast City Display issue

Hey so I moved this Blast City and now I can’t get a clear image out of it. I reseated the Sega IO c5 and c6 as well as the one to the chassis. Any ideas on a fix?

Looks like the wrong res trying to display. Are you trying to run a 15k game when the chassis is switched to 24 or 31k?
