So I've had this NEO AES3-5 for a couple of years someone gave to me. It had a horribly botched bios removal and I had to fix many of the traces. I tested all the points from here http://www.neo-geo.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1202442&postcount=4 and here http://www.neo-geo.com/forums/showpost.php?p=2188082&postcount=16 they all seem correct and no pins are touching one another except 39 and 40 which are both 5V. I am using a unibios 3.0 but all I get is garbage on the screen no game will work. Any other things to try?
