Apparently this game came out some 10+ years ago on PC.
This version came out on PSN on Tuesday for $13.
I made a blind purchase and loving every bit so far.
Love having to use stealth to get up close and shoot some dinos. The dinos use their sense of sight, hear, and smell to find you (they will either fight or flee).

Speaking of Dino shooters Jurassic: The Hunted is quite the guilty pleasure.

I picked it up ,not sure why. I remember playing the original ad not being able to kill anything but the most basic dinosaur. I read that people were able to kill the trex . I dont think I believe that. It was not am easy game but since they updated the graphics i all give it a shot again.

I used to play the hell out of Carnivores back in the day. An HD version... Now that sounds fun.

No to 3D option.
Some more info: You can go into "Observe" mode and be able to run around without being detected (you can't hunt in this mode). You can also tranquilize the dinos if you don't like the idea of killing them. I read you can also play your own music while playing (JP soundtrack anyone?).

Oh man. I loved this game on the PC back in the day. Very tempted.
