In Febuary I won and paid for an auction for a neo geo aes game, from Neo Geo Freak (Chris Ray). Chris made a mistake (he claims) and sent the package to "Bobak!" (forum member). Then reportedly sent the package on to me, by UPS. The package never got to me. UPS was informed, and Neo Geo Freak (Chris Ray) was very rude and condesending in my opinion, he would belive nothing I had to say, and was very outspoken about his distrust of me. Dion, was much better, but still the situation was handled less than alright. Paypal, did refunded me after FOUR MONTHS. I still lost out $9.90, by sending the package of Bobak's purchases, that Chris sent me by mistake, back to Bobak. Bobak got his games from me with no problem.
Below is the latest email from Chris Ray at Neo Geo Freak, followed by my responce to them.

Tim,
I have not heard from you after 2 emails. I was hoping this could be an easy
thing, but I guess not. I am going to pursue federal mail fraud charges
against you for taking my 180 bucks and keeping my goods. I will provide the
tracking number of the package and the entire story to the mail fraud dept
for tenn. They are really cracking down on this type of stuff, and since our
good friend MouseMaster outlined the entire procedure it makes things really
easy.
I thought after our talk on the phone everything was cool. For someone that
has over 2000 ebay feedbacks i dont understand why you would jack me
around
for 180 bucks. It was proven that I honed up to my end of the deal as I
always stated I did. It turned out that I was telling the truth and I was
willing to forgive and forget. Now this. Its a bad move on your part. All I
wanted was a response. I will be providing these emails to the investigators
as proof I have attempted to resolve this situation.
I am also filing charges with Ebay in an attempt to recover my money through
the fraud protection they provide.
Can you provide me with an explanation? I will file the charges tommorrow
morning. Just remember I never did anything to screw you, and always told
the truth.
Thanks,
Chris Ray

I did not get the item I paid you for. Cease and desist all contact, or I will file
harassment charges against you, do not reply to this letter. You did violate
paypals terms, even if in fact you did send the package to Bobak. You did not
send it to the registered verified address, and I did not end up getting the item in
the end (I don't care if you believe me at this point, your paranoia does not
change the truth). You should have willingly taken care of your customer, instead
paypal fixed the problem. I suggest you take this up with Bobak and UPS and
file an insurance claim, its not my problem. I was going to do an insurance claim,
however should not have had to as a "valued" customer, but now I don't need to, Iv been
taken care of by paypal. Being that I am the customer, mail order laws clearly state that the
loss of a package is not my responsibility. If a package is lost, mail order law
mandates that it is the seller, not even the shipping company, that is responsible
for the loss and restitution to the customer. Feel free to contact the man named Eric
in the Security department at UPS Nashville TN, we spoke at great length about the
missing parcel, and he knows I did not get the package. If you want to pursue
this, that will be your choice, see you in court. I have nothing further to say to you. Chris, Dion, and
anyone affiliated with NGF I here-by demand you to cease and desist all forms
of contact, I did not get the item I bought from you.
