CPO Image for MAS Controller

Anyone out here who can share the PSD or illustrator CPO image for a MAS controller? I got the one Big Bear was selling and would like to take the image to a local printshop to have it reproduced. Thank you all in advanced!

I'd rather use a new image. The original CPO he had was horrible. I know which one he's referring to.

Second that. You should just wait for the controller to arrive, take measurements and make yourself a nice new one - from your post I take that you know how to use Photoshop/Illustrator, so you should be able to get quite good results.

Yes, I am very proficient with photoshop and Illustrator. I just wanted to see the original image and start a new layout from looking at the old one. Does anyone have it?
