What's a fair non ebay price to pay for a Death Adders Revenge board these days?

Imho, this board is all over the place.

But, off eBay, between $75 and $250. Cash or Trade.

All depends on who the parties are.

An interesting side note about this board.
I read the original Japan version is two player only, and alternative levels not initially chosen had to be finished later before fighting the boss.

I've never personally played anything but the 4P USA version, but now that I'm interested... I may fire up MAME and have a look for myself.

It's roughly a $100 board but you will see seller asking for too much and some poor guy buys into it. If you can hold out then you can always spot deals, if you have an itchy finger then you will end up spending more than you really want to.

Yeah this sounds about right cause I've seen this board sell for some crazy prices.

The reality is the board does not come up often. Although no where in the league of rarity of sonic it still is not as more viably obtainable as spiderman. If your holding off on buying it at $100 your will be holding off for a while until someone with it needs to sell it to pay their car note. Seriously guys $75, $100 had to check my address bar thought I was on klov.

Damn, I must have gotten a deal when I got mine then. I got in on ebay about 4 years ago and it was only $120 shipped. I honestly didn't care for it, it wasn't the same as the original. No wonder when I sold it for what I paid it went pretty damn quick.

I got my board last year, for $75, from a guy parting out a cab that was not worth fixing.

And the one right before that one sold for $100. The guy was cleaning shop and needed the space. He sold a MJ:MW board for $100 too.

Never really liked MW. And, yeah, I like GA1 better that RODA too--that and SHINOBI.

The problem is that it's a nice multi-player brawler that most people enjoy keeping in their gaming library. With eBay steadily fetching $200-250 for the past year and a half, there becomes no incentive to sell it for drastically less locally. Any time I've seen one of these come up on KLOV, it's gone within a couple of days unless the price is in the upper range, and even then it disappears eventually. The game does not seem deserving of this price, but there are always more people looking to purchase it than sell.

Due to the value it commands I've thought about selling mine, but it's just such a fun beat-em-up that I haven't been able to do it.

It is a fun beatemup. I like it better than Golden Axe 1. I think the $75 price is an outlier. I remember that thread from KLOV Tyranix. I PM'd the guy about 2 mins after the thread started and I was too late.:lolz:

We should play RODA some time.

I've never played it 2+ player.

The game is way long.

Would like to see if the game is any good multi-player.

Iirc, you've got a board too. We can play your board sometime.

I've only played it 1P too. We'll have get together for some co-op action.

The game is long, but it has a good flow to it. I usually don't like to credit feed, but it's one of those games where I can't stop playing.
