no, I know how to get into the menu


when navigating, the controls seem messed up in the menu.. i.e. buttons will move up/down, directions will confirm/abort etc.. is that normal? the controllers work flawless in-game, and the joystick test also displays them as normal.. it's been ages since I installed a debug bios and just don't recall anymore.

I have that same problem only with homemade controllers. On mine, left=C, B=down, up=A, if iI recall correctly.

odd.. I did use 2 modified saturn pads (different brands), they're wired up 100% correct.

I think it's strange, too, that during the control test, every button responds correctly. But when I go into BIOS mode it gets all weird.

makes no sense at all, considering the oldstyle sticks are exactly the same.. pulling connections to ground. the really fucked part, however.. I tried the debug bios in an emu, and it does the exact same thing.

I had the same problem with my modded DC-Stick, but my Oldstyle and Newstyle work perfect.
