Degaussing wand recommendation

I need to buy one, but know nothing about them...

They have some cheap-ass-chinese ones on ebay for less than 10 bucks after shipping, but they say 240v so I don't think they'll work in US outlets.

Can anyone post a link to a decent, cheap one?

Get one of the black coils if you can afford it. The one I bought is no longer on ebay.

Call around to local tv repair shops, they used to be standard on a technicians truck a few years ago. Maybe someone's got one they will be willing to let go.

I used one of the cheap ones on ebay on my TV and it worked great. You have to use it a certain way. The one I got was green. If you want it you can have it for $6 shipped.

Sure man, if it works I'll take it, but what "certain way" do you have to use it? Just backing slowly away while making circles, or is it more complicated than that?
