Do you remember this old game?

I randomly thought of a game today but can't find it through vague descriptions on google. Help.

I remember seeing features about this game in GamePro and shit around maybe 1994. It was like a first person thing, but you drove a taxi cab. At one point you drive onto a football field and run over the players. I couldn't play it at the time because it was on something I didn't have, PC or 3DO or something?

Anyone remember this?

If it was released on PC and 3DO and in 1994, I'll take a guess and say Quarantine, don't know if it had a football field level in it or not though.
