Any old RAM adapter will do. I don't know anyone who makes the cables, but apparently the Cinpel SCART Nintendo cables on Amazon have most of the right stuff you need to make one, you just have a move a pin. I bought some and will be attempting to make one in the near future, will update if I remember.
