Gameplay explanation :
The game is divided into various missions (referred to as "emissions" in the game), and as you beat one emission, you unlock the following one.
In order to complete an emission, you must wander around the level and find a good spot with no one around, so you can masturbate without getting caught.
Each emission takes place in a public setting and is full of people and other obstacles (dogs, cars, etc), as well as various hiding places (trash cans, cardboard boxes, etc) scattered throughout. Hiding places show up as blue squares on the map screen.
Each emission requires that you masturbate a certain number of times within a set amount of time in order to complete it, as well as survive without getting caught before time runs out.
There's a percentage number at the top of the screen that tells you how aware people are of your presence (the lower, the better).
If someone catches you, you'll need to run around the level and find a hiding place in order to shake them off, and you can also use the environment to help you. However, you'll need to be careful so as to not alert more people. If too many people are alerted all at once, they're very likely to surround you.
Whenever someone you've alerted gets close enough to you, they will "attack" you, which both prevents you from masturbating and lowers your health.
Your health is indicated by a heart meter at the bottom of the screen, and your health will decrease as time passes.
Health items will spawn randomly around each emission, and take the form of various types of sweets/cakes/candy. These items show up as orange squares in the map screen.
On the right side of the screen, there's a meter that looks like a white outline of an erect penis. This meter fills up gradually as you masturbate and lets you know how close you are to ejaculating. The meter will start to drain if you stop before ejaculating.
The screen will start to go dark and an animation will play once you've ejaculated successfully.
After each ejaculation, a glob of semen will appear on the screen and partially obscure your view. A new glob is added after every ejaculation.

This is a recently released, independently produced, sprite-based, stealth masturbation game for PC starring a well-endowed and very horny dickgirl.
- How do I play it?
Although the game is in Japanese, it's quite playable with little-to-no knowledge of the language. The "Z" key is used to confirm and masturbate, the "X" key is used to cancel/return and to bring up the map while held down during a level. For more gameplay info, see below.
- Is there more?
Why yes, there is. The game has a sort of achievement system in place. Under the "Memorial" section on the main menu, you'll find a gallery of special scenes that you need to unlock by completing certain tasks (beat a certain level, masturbate a certain number of times, collect a certain number of health items, etc). And don't worry, these special scenes are fully illustrated and not sprite-based.
- Where do I get it?
Since this is an indie game that was released only in Japan, and in very limited quantities, it might be rather hard to find a physical copy. You should be able to find a download of it easily with a Google search.
