I have six months left on my Live but I tried this any way. Apparently I stood no chance, as this code was redeemed by one quick mother.

Hey n2x, the wii component cables don't work with the Gamecube. Some guy recently sent me some when I asked for Gamecube cables. The plugs are different so they don't fit in the Gamecubes port.

I know. I want to play my GCN games in progressive scan and figured, since I plan to get a Wii in the future, might as well knock one of the accessories off the to buy list in advance. The Wii does output GCN games in 480p, right?

If anyone knows where to get decently priced cables, then much obliged.

And I was joking earlier when I said I took Tonk's code. I'm not that unscrupulous.

Well, even if you did; I would not blame you. That was really nice of TonK and wish I snagged it first. I tried the code 2 minutes after he posted, so someone was real fast! Anyway, bump for ya!
