FS: Fatal Frame PS2 Factory sealed!

Managed to come across a couple sealed copies of Fatal Frame for PS2 today! I'm selling them for $65 + shipping if anyone wants one. I'd also be willing to sell my used one (in good shape, a few light scuffs, nothing deep, otherwise mint) for $45. Cash only (paypal, money orders, checks, etc), no trades on these (well, there's a handful of things I'd consider), but I know how hard they are to find!
