I purchased this machine a little over a year ago, it has been professionaly refurbished, cleaned and tested.

I also added a volume control switch for each speaker (so that you can play at midnight without having your house sounding like a Las Vegas Casino and bothering the wife ).

Unit comes with 500 pachislo coins.

This item is for pick up only in New York City (Midtown West, near Port Authority).

Not out of the box (it is illegal) but it can be modified to accept quarters.
