Do you happen to know what is the difference between SF Zero 3 Upper & Alpha 3 on the CPS2?

Zero 3 upper is a port of the Dreamcast port of the CPS2 game. Has the additional characters from the DC version but the game feels different due to the difference in the native resolution of the hardware.
