???? What???? Are you kidding? That bag is soooo worth $200, just not my $200, that's worth it to someone else though I'm sure. A friend of mine used to have one of those, its a very nice bag, I think he spent something around $200 for it, so I think its a fair price.

If I had an AES and $200, I would buy it.

The last one's sold, were sold for $30 on NCSX about 2 years ago. But, yeah, other than that these things command quite the high price. $200 bucks is not uncommon on these forums (or ebay) for that bag, in fact, that's a pretty average price.
