How can you tell the difference between the first and second printing of Suikoden 3? I didn't know there was one? Very interesting....

Well I had thought the re-release had a green cover while the original had a white one. I could be mistaken though. I guess if the reprint cover is still the same than it doesn't really matter, however this copy I have was one of the original run. Hope that clears things up.
