Hey all,

My personal J-Genny has some color issues..

Here's a normal picture:

Here's mine:

Again, here's a NORMAL one:

And here's mine:

I've tried pulling the video from the 315-5313 as well as the normal location:

One day it was working, then it wasn't.. it's possible that one of the resistors needs to be replaced..

any help would be appreciated. :D

Here's the pic from the schematics:

The pic above shows that it is soldered to the non VCC side of the RGB lines (with the arrows ;) ).

I'll have to rewire a jamma edge to it to check it out since it's been some time since I checked it out. I checked out each color individually and they all display so it's not like a color is dead.

If the levels are all even then it would be the sync.

It looks like your R line is hotter than the other two. Is this a JAMMAfied Genesis? If so, have you checked to see what the RGB lines coming out of the video port look like with a normal Genny RGB cable?

Since you have a resistor on that R line, I'd try changing that out and see if it helps.

Just checks with the lm 1881n as well as pulling c-sync directly from the 315-5313 (pin 42, I believe) and no change, so its not a sync issue.

Adjustable pots for the red, green, and blue so you can tune to each monitor?
