Gigawing Glitch?

So the black Gigawing board I got from Mak has some sort of programming error. The self check says everything is ok, game plays fine, but when I get to this stage:

At about 1:30, the two guns on the left and right don't follow my ship. The ship blazes past them and I get locked in a continuous loop of those discs in the middle coming down. It just continues endlessly. Any thoughts? Never seen any shit like this.

The opening dialogue is in english, so I'm guessing it's a B/O phoenix code or something (your board is a japanese region board). Pop the top and take a pic. Lot of boards on YAJ in japan that are bootleg, phoenixed or conversions.

What is the date code and region on the screen when you start the board up?

Should say something like:

GIGA WING
######
USA


Also, is the board battery for phoenixed?

And can you post a vid of your board?
