I was wondering if anyone out there has had any issues with Guerilla War boards? I am pretty new to cabinets so please bear with me. A few months ago I bought my first cabinet. It is a Heavy Barrel cabinet (converted from Centipede) and it works great. Because the cab's monitor is in the vertical orientation and the control panel included rotary joysticks, I decided to try and find an SNK board that was JAMMA compatible.
I bought a Guerilla War board from a person on ebay and the sound and controls work great. However, the vertical or horizontal hold is off and the screen jumps. I don't know if it is the monitor or the board itself. Because of the type of monitor (Electrohome G07-CBO) and the fact that Heavy Barrel works great, I didn't want to mess with anything. The only two adjustments that I have been able to make are to the brightness and contrast.
Does anyone know what else it could be? I know I was taking a risk buying an "as is" board but I didn't mind taking the chance. Thanks!
