Headphone jack going bad

The headphone unit is going bad on one of my Neo systems. I have to partially plug in the headphone jack and jiggle it before I can hear anything. I assume something is loose inside. Any suggestions?

You've probably got some cracked solder joints where the headphone jack attaches to the main system PCB. If you're good with a soldering iron, you could venture in there and try to patch up the joints.
