How do I make a Neo Geo joystick for AES?

Does anyone have any information on how to make your own joystick or purchase a good competition style one for the AES. Also, how good are the the Hori Neo sticks from neogeousa.com. Do they play well or have a natural feel to them?

Sadly, I haven't gotten to try out the max 330 joystick so I'd like to get some feedback on that one too.

If you want to make your own one look for a post of mine with links about this. You can buy real arcade parts and construct your own one. One of that links had some info.

I woould suggest to mod a Dreamcast Arcade stick (Sega official), they're cheap, easy to find in good or new condition, work marvel and are easy to mod.

Yeah...the DC Arcade is a well made board - but nothing gets past the original SNK Oldstyle for me

try massystems i heard they make good competion grade joysticks and you can have them wire it to support alot of other systems like dc,saturn ps1 and 2 along with the neo of course.

I made these, and they work on my MVS supergun, but if you can get the connector to plug into an AES system it'll work on that too.

I'm sure I've read something about people extending a DB15 connector to reach the tucked away pins on the AES.
