how do i tell if an import asia or japanese game has english language options on it?

An easy way to check is to switch the internal settings of the Neo Geo Pocket Color to English. If it has an English title screen, and the text in the game and options are in English, it most likely has the English language option.

Biomotore Unitron 2 is a japanese only game.

Japanese and UK games have the rainbow stripes on the top of the cartridge, and Japanese games have Japanese logos instead of english ones.

No, like that. See, that is a UK version game.

And that is the US version game.

Some games have Japanese only text, but alot (if not most) have dual language support if they came out in the US as well as Japan.
